HOA MISSION

Twelve Lakes HOA Officers are tasked with ensuring the integrity of the resident properties and common areas to ensure the quality of the neighborhood as designed by the developer is maintained and improved upon. The HOA is responsible for: 

  • Maintenance of common areas

  • Landscape aspects of homeowner's properties as they relate to the aesthetics of the neighborhood

  • Maintenance of lakes

  • Managing the finances of Twelve Lakes HOA

  • Architectural oversight of homeowner's property

  • Enforcement of deed restrictions

  • Collaboration with adjacent HOAs

  • Collaboration with Sylvania Township
