This amount includes your HOA Dues ($725 - Flat vs. 2025) and
Annual Trash Service ($175 - +$5 vs. 2025)

*HOA Dues are a requirement of being a resident of Twelve Lakes. Prompt and early payment are helpful to the association finances. Late payments may incur late payment fees as outlined in our deed restriction and outlined at our HOA Website: www.twelve-lakes.com/dues-information . Payments not received by June 30th will incur a $50/month fee that will be enforced.
