We will be hosting a second meeting for the HOA on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the King Branch Library. We will start promptly at 6:45pm. This meeting will consist of 2 major portions - an officer vote and a discussion and possible vote around a special assessment to repair or replace the multi-use path. We are asking that every home in Twelve Lakes attempt to have someone at this meeting to help make important decisions about the path’s upkeep and associated expenses. We will also be electing officers for 2026-27. There are 5 positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Officer at Large. The roles/responsibilities for each were distributed in all neighborhood mailboxes last week. You can see a copy of that flyer here.
